Delivery Timeframe

All items purchased from our store are shipped and typically delivered within 6 to 8 days from the order placement date and time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Naturalief is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk at support@naturalief.in

For orders above 999/- standard free shipping is offered.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Hyderabad – 500089. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

For International buyers, we do not ship outside India yet.
